This house seemed on the verge of collapsing until a family intervened.

ART ET NATURE

This house was built over 130 years ago and left abandoned for many years before they bought it.

What they have made out of it is incredible! Here’s how it looks now…

The house, built in 1887, was considered dangerous to enter as it looked like it could collapse at any moment.

When people wanted to buy this grand ruin, they didn’t even bother to think about it, but everything changed when locals Jim and Jean Leaman intervened.

After seeing the condition of the house deteriorate over the decades, the retired couple’s love for classical architecture in the form of ruins inspired them to purchase the house.

After five years of daily work on the house, they managed to transform the ruin into a magical place that we can all call home.

The transformation is almost unreal! But wait until you see the interior…

This is how the house looked in the beginning.

But this is how it looked after restoration.

The interior will take your breath away.

It looks straight out of a Harry Potter film.

The floors are made of five different types of wood, and rainbow colors shine through the glass panels.

Each of the five rooms on the second floor is uniquely decorated and has its own charm.

But this small room in the attic is the perfect spot for an office!

What it looked like and what he made out of it is truly hard to believe.

It took a lot of work, time, and money, but he turned the ruin into a cozy and warm home.
